Not really. Remember you never shoot sideways "technically", but at 60ยบ angles. The beauty of hexes! <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> So even if shooting for the flanks you always get the CT (or the CBT) in your sights (and the opposite torso, though a very small portion of it).
If you want to be really technical, then you'd hit the respective arm mostly, and not the torso.
Anyway, the combined %s to hit all 3 upper torsos should not be above 41% (15+13+13 in the frontal arc case).
