This is suspended for the moment...just a few days. I've upgraded my computer and have to reinstall everything. I will be back on this asap.

If you were playing a secure PBEM game you cannot continue.
If you were playing a non-secure game you can continue.
If you cannot continue I sugest you switch sides and begin again [:)]

If you were playing a secure PBEM game you cannot continue.
Negative, he is the first player and does not register the game until he plays the secure setup. Installing the game again wipes out any secure games and as long as he has the turn files sent to him by Sabre1, he can load the turns, end them, return to start until he cycles back up to the current turn.

Very confused now...[&:] [&:]
What do I have to do to continue with my game? Load each file sent FROM Sabre1, end it, load the next one, end it until I'm at the current turn? Can I not just load the last turn sent by Sabre1?

If you have reinstalled your Kharkov game because of computer problems, you have wiped out the registered secured games. Load each file sent FROM Sabre1, end it, load the next one, end it until I'm at the current turn.
If you have not reinstalled your Kharkov game because of your computer problems, continue with the last turn sent by Sabre1.
If you have reinstalled Windows, reinstall Kharkov.

For those following this AAR, I apologise for the delay.
I decided to upgrade my major computer components and forgot what a nightmare that can be.
Hopefully, I will be able to load the games as suggested by Carl and continue...if so, I will post my next move on Sunday.

The paint helps a lot to understand the battle situation. It seems that being new to the game, he opted for a less risky turtle strategy instead of a fighting retreat like the Germans did historically. I'm still in the manual-reading stage of learning this game so I'm new to this too but I reckon the Russians can maybe grab some secondary objectives while settling in around Kharkov to make a counterattack difficult.

Bad news I'm afraid
It appears because I upgraded my hardware that I am unable to continue my game with Sabre1 and with the AAR.
To be honest, I don't have the energy to start another AAR, so this one is ending here and, for the time being, there will not be another.
Sorry peeps, but after spending the best part of a week getting my new system up and running and all the necessary software installed, I just don't have the drive to get a new AAR going.
Sabre1 and I are also not going to pbem for the moment, instead using the break to get into the game via the AI.
My apologies to all.

Your efforts, though incomplete were certainly not a waste. I'm reading through all the AARs and learning from each one. I thank you very much for your meticulous efforts.

Glad it was od some help. Very unfortunate that we could not continue and, at the time, I was busy reinstalling everything.
