So, to answer to all who had interest on this point.

I cheked all and every chutai/datai/kokutai/squadron on the map, on board of ships, subs, base,etc.
I admit NONE were set to have replacement.
I MUST ASK one stupid question first:
when you have the screen showing your air unit (with the drawing of the plane, the number of planes, leader, missions, and so on), i always thought that WHEN you see the button "no replacement", that mean you won't allow some. When you can read "allow replacement" that mean replacement will come ???? Right ?

My game behave so that when i see "no replacement", no replacement come.
More: once the nearly 60 pilots of the IJN diseapeared, the bleeding ceesed, and the pilots where dragued at my will.
I've also cheked the settings of the game: it didn't allow reinforcement.
I've already tried to put the settings on "allow reinforcement", and then back to "no reinforcement", but at the time it didn't stopped pilots to diseapear.
No air group came in reinforcement during this time to drag pilots;
also, a new air group will feel his ranks with pilots from the pool, or not?

For those who kindly propose to examine my game with sending a turn (think it was Minok). Thanks, but 1)my home computer get a virus and Miss Gladiatt, great priestress of computer at home forbide me to make anything new before she get a new firewall 2) i deleted all my saved game, not for protection but from ffrustration.
So probably we never had a correct answer.
My thirst thought when i open this thread was not to accuse, but to ask if it was a known bug. You guys said no, i admit it very humbly.
Others guys told me that many many things could mess the pool: i take it as a way of helping me, i must once again thank everyone here who tried to give help.

Last, i would apologize for the humor that i had recently in few post (think i must correct myself and eraze them). Many things are going wrong in my life right now, i was hoping game could make me feel a little better, but, du to my stupidity, big ego, childish proud, and not admiting i could made something wrong, it only make bigger my frustration.
To all who read, i ask politely and humbly : sorry, please excuse me.

If you are playing against the AI, you might want to try another test game this time checking units right from the start to make sure all of them have set replacements to OFF... it is easy with the game interface to accidentally do something you don't want to and not discover it until later (or not discover it at all if you correct the problem without realizing there was a problem to begin with).

Also, if the problem replicates, you can then send the file to one of us to check it.

EDIT: if it is a test game, no need to spend hours entering first turn orders - just enter a few orders to get the game moving and then see what happens.

I have many test to run to understand a few more things on this game.
Playing as allies seems so much more easy...as Japan, i should tun test in order to understand such things as the pilot pool, and others topics.
And for life...well, many people manage to live with more problems than i have, so i should survive ( oh boys, i just thought of Gloria Gaynor [8|] ).
Once more, thanks for the interest showed here.
Maybe in a few weeks i could even ask for a PBEM partner, who knows ?

Gladiatt, PBEM is the best way to play! The AI is great for practice, and learning the game, but you will enjoy it so much more when you play against another person. Good luck! [:)]

I must succeed some check before:
1)Miss Gladiatt must give her "OK to use the internet" [;)] (just try to gess who is the boss at home...[:D] )
2) My opponent must forgive the technical error (may be such as "but you didn't sent me the right file" ...)
3) i must admit to encounter hard failure and be defeated...this one beeing the most hard to reach
