Hi guys,
We've said from release that the physical versions would be available around early April. We're still aiming for that goal, but it depends on the printing and shipping time. I hope to hear from the printer soon that the manuals are on the way to the warehouse. If you don't hear from me, that means we're still waiting to hear from them.
Regards,
- Erik

Acknowledged, thank you Erik; I was taking the "shippable" tag on my order status at face value. Great game and worth waiting for, in the meantime the D/L installation is being well used.
Best Regards

Question to WCS: Apart from a printed manual and a disk, what comes with the boxed version? I remember in COG the manual was updated (as in there was a new pdf file, so anybody who bought the boxed version would end up with an outdated printed manual...) after a few patches (without images, so I would always have to cross refer to the old manual for the images, which was kind of annoying). I am thinking of getting both digital and physical, but if the manual is going to be outdated after a number of patches, I might as well get just the digital and print out the latest manual (hopefully without having to print out the old manual to cross refer to images though!).

A printed manual will be made available with the boxed edition, yes. The download (and I assume the physical disc, but Erik will have to correct me if I'm wrong) also come with a .pdf of the manual.
In addition to these, the game itself has an in-game help that can be viewed using F1. On release, this text was nearly identical to the manual, with many of the same screenshots, though not all. This in-game help will be kept up-to-date with any changes to game rules, but the printed manual and the .pdf will not be.
You can I suppose print out the in-game help files, though I don't know how easy or helpful that would be.

We have word from the printer today that the manuals should be shipping to the warehouse tomorrow. That means that US/Canada physical back-orders should start being shipped out by the end of the week, with rest of the world by the week thereafter.

The manuals are on the way to the warehouses. We expect US/Canada back-orders to start shipping out by Thursday and other back-orders to start shipping out by Friday or Monday.

My physical game arrived yesterday, Thanks. In fact, two of them arrived...I'd only ordered one. My first concern was that I'd been charged twice but, after checking, it seems I haven't.
What would you like me to do with the second copy? I'd hate to feel like I'm stealing a freebie from you guys and, although very good as this game is, I can't really play two copies at once
Both copies of the game disk have exactly the same serial number and order number on them, so I haven't accidentally got someone else's, and it doesn't seem like you could use them again as they're both registered to me.
