I am in contact with the warehouse every few hours. A Few Air packages may not have gone out yesterday and should go out today. This is just pure volume guys I am sorry. We are hoping everoynes order out today, the latest Tomorrow. I will keep you updated.

oh well..

it's nearly 9PM.. no update, still listed as "NEW" and I paid all that money for nothing. $74.00 for overnight service.. to watch everyone else get theirs first.

now it will be tomorrow before it ships.. if even then.

so it will be Friday earliest? I could have saved $30 if I had known.. could I have done anything different to have avoided this?

my account shows I have already paid the money, and the account shows Matirx has taken the moneyso I know thats not the issue.. just getting very frustrated and dissapointed.

no offense towards the matrix guys, I know they are trying their best, but it still sorta angers me to have wasted that money.

Send an e-mail to davidh@matrixgames.com with your MTX order number and order info (date, payment method, etc.). Dave can check on your order specifically if you are concerned that it should already have shipped.

The warehouse is in CA so 9:00pm here is only 6:00pm there. Once they are done all the updates on their systems they upload an update to us. As I said we can not promise all the orders will ship on the first few days. I just got off the phone with the warehouse almost all the orders shipped today so I expect to see a lot of updated shipping records tonight.

Anyone can check their own shipment as long as you know your MTX# and zip code if you do not then the link below will not work.

So does what does this mean? I do understand that the game may not ship for a while, but can you give me an estimate of when I could get the game? Could I get it this week?:) (I preordered May 1) That would be so great, I live in Ohio, so I should be able to get the game in a day or two once mine ships out, right? I read some of other posts where they say the game could get to you by Friday, but I'm not so sure what to expect!!!!!!!!! (By the way I chose the cheapest shipping option) and I just checked the orders status page, and it says new. Ahhhhhh! I'm going crazy................ Need.....U V....... fa....s...t...

Check tomorrow morning. All the people who got theirs today didn't think they were shipped last night. Go to sleep, now. Calm down. It will be all right. My order says New, too. I ordered on May 1, also. Everything will be OK. Nothing to worry about. No reason to be all upset over something that probably has already shipped.....

I ordered on Tuesday night, and my order shows shipped (paid for next day shipping).

Should have ordered May 1. With the next day air, you'd have had it today. I'd be suirprised if it didn't go out today.

Well, I'm very satisfied. Ordered it yesterday morning and it's already shipped - even got an email from UPS here in Japan telling me that it's on its way - great service!

And appropriately enough for this game I live just down the road from Kure, the port where many of the mighty IJN ships were built...

Can't wait to get into it...

Front page of Duchet site says its been approved by UK Customs and is in the country!!

Obviously those who pre-ordered it should get it shipped out first - but then again I did have to pay $25 for shipping, so I would expect service as fast as this.

Well, David did say that they were going to fill all the pre-orders first. But since my May 1 pre-order still says "New", I guess this is not a happening thing...

heck.. I would have paid another $10-20 to make sure I got it day after release.. but thats what i THOUGHT I did! What do I ahve to do? send more money?

Maybe a bit patience ? It has been stated more then once that the status updates are beeing made in batches and not in realtime . It´s possibly that is has allready shipped but your status isn´t updated yet.
