I was wondering if an Android version of Panzer general forever is a posability.

Sorry guys, but as the author of the mod himself states, he is on very shaky ground legally. Without any permission, he has basically assumed that he has the right to do this based on the "abandonware" perspective and thus effectively distribute it for free despite past copyrights. He can promote this on his own site, but not here. Locking this up.
