Greetings again.
Lucky for us patch 1.03 worked. Not perfectly because I still have some issiues with loading saves but it working sometimes. Also reworked designing ship is much more better. Should be that on start but better later than never. Still separate civilian and military designs will be nice.
Our explorers and spies reveal many new area.

And my current diplomancy situation if anybody wonder what all these color means.
As you see centrum of galaxy is taken by two Colonials Empires. One we meet before. This is second.

These colonials too has monarchy. Their favorite system should be Rebublic or Confederation (but beacuse I cant affect these in any way and I cant add new goverment and modify old I must stick with I have got) but they choose Monarchy. Still their monarchy is uniqe. It is more like Federation with Great Lord as a first citizen and first servant of the state than your typical monarchy with knigs and knights. Colonies have autonomy in most things also they have they own army and navy. As you can see they are strong that mean their system work for them.
On north are two Imperials Kingdoms. One is know from some time , here is second.

Imperials with their strict hierarchy are on opposite side of monarchies than colonials. There monarch have absolute power and there is no place for discusion.
On the East you can see Rippers Enclave.

Rippers arent nice poeple. They are barbarians and warriors. Their society is based on clans and tribes and constant warfare. Feudalism should work for them but their favorite goverment is a Tribal Confederation. They lust for personal glory and fame. wealth are secondary, power taking first place.
In north east corner my scouts see something strange. Four empires of Citizens. Citizens are descendants of Old Federation. They favorite goverment is democracy altgough sometimes democracy change to miitary dictatorship(when politicans become corrupted and army try to save nation).

As you see something must happen. 4 close empieres with many difrent goverments? Civil war happen? Meyby. I must investigate this.
Two Aristoi republic are also discover.

This is strange because they should have monarchy or despotic goverment. But meyby this is some sort of Noble Rebublic? Meyby. I dont have enough infromation but soon I will know.
There is another empire lurking in shadows.

Brunos. They are enigmas although raports says that they are agressive nation with supreriority complex. Dangerous and not trusthworthy.
On the other hand. I get new colonization tech and my colonies spawn one by one. My sphere of influence doubles.
Thing about ships. Somebody on forum propose hull size addition. I thing that it is great idea. I mean there should be hulls - base cost for any ship based on size plus cost of components. Role shoul be secondary and should define how AI will use ships. That mean Escorts - to escort etc. There be posiible to only refit ships onbly to the same hull size. Now I can refit small escort into big escort which I find silly. Addition of hulls add cost to ships and bases, increse need of basic resources but I dont think that cost of the huls should be added to maintance. Only components should be maintained(excluding armors).
The Brittons stay sore in my eye.
I ordered my three fleets to attack enemy colonies. My basic fleet included one cruiser(witrh long scan), five destroyers, and 2 frigates with hyper deny. Some screens from actions.
There wasnt much resistance from their fleets. They dont raid my instalations. War was one sided. I took 3 colonies and one join my empire by themselfes. My spies cause riots and revolts in Brittons Empire with easy. My troops land and deafeat enemy ground forces. They gain experience and that was good.

But that lack of resistance was disspointing. OF course they were weaker but still. I offered them peace and they agreed.
I design new capital ship but now it see that it dont see battles now.
