Difficult to do it, and almost never accomplished by me, and not relly planned for this time,
it looks like I will get a three Regt attack at the same time. And the 506th Panzer BN
is plowing into the A/B left flank.

**Final Briefing**

The Assualt by 406th Inf Div has successfully cleared Nijmegen of any effective resistance by
the A/B troops there. Restance was lighter than expected, which should allow us to get into
a good defensive postions and control the bridges.

The 30th Corp shall not pass.

Staff Notes
The SS on the north bank have taken a beating, but still performin like the Elite troops they are.

The General: " Have you ever noticed that the prettier the Uniform, the more you have to pay in
blood to wear it?

KG Becker Regt while in route encoutered A/B in BN strength, while deploying to attack the A/B BN withdrew
to the west. Scouts have report enemy ARTY in the area and recommend that Regt continue to sweep area in hopes
of finding a enemy firebase and harass or destroy it

sometime after 0030 Day 4 the General jumped into his personal Panther Mark V Panther
and took his moblie command post with him beliving the battle will be won on the field from here on out.
Last report placed him at KG Goebel Regt HQ threating bodily harm if the Regt is not moving within the hour.
He then plans to show his face to other Units in Nijmegen to rally the troops.

KG Hermann Regt is mostly in place and, mostly dug in

Fatigue, fatigue did I push the 406th to hard?
Starting to have some doubts about controlling the road bridge
I need the Panzer BN to sweep the A/B away and I need that G-D Goebels to complete his move

KG Goebels Regt finally began to move. They moved from 0930-1130 and inexplicatly stopped again.

The 506th Panzer BN has secured the southern end of the road bridge
Starting to feel confident again about the out come. 10 hours to go
