July 24, 1941 : I am faced with a Romania which surrendered to the USSR rather than the British. Very significant animosity between the powers, finally leading to a Soviet declaration of war on the USA, which joined the Allies.

The Germans are not doing well against the Danes. Germany may be hurt very badly.

The American armor has reached Denmark, and will confront Germans soon. Allied leaders have decided that the Soviet Union is a greater threat than Germany and have shifted focus.

The Soviets retook Odessa, but the Greeks took Pecs. The British have enough near the port to get Odessa back, but they hated to see the Red Tankers take it.
