I finally sat down and read it. What an amazing job you have done not only in the game but in your writing style. Keep up the good work.

In general there are some very well done AARs at si-games.com. Not only for WitP.
Good reading stuff!

Looks awesome.
I have to say though, seeing "Admiral H. E. Kimmel, Oberbefehlshaber Pazifikflotte" amuses me for some reason.

He was, in deed, CiC during the attack on Pearl Harbor, wasn't he?

Or sounds 'Oberbefehlshaber' so funny?

Yes. [:D]
And reading about how the U-boat Seal torpedoed something through Google translate. Seal wasn't a U-boat! A U-boat means something quite specific, at least in English. [:D]
It is an awesome AAR though, 10/10, loving reading it. It must have taken ages. I'm usually trying to crack out turns as fast as possible so the AAR is done as an afterthought, looks like writing up the AAR must have taken you guys as long as playing the game though. [X(]

And speaking of U-boats, wow, the Allied sub force seems to really be having a good war in that AAR. I wish mine were a tenth as effective in 1942.

Oh yes... Google Translate ist not perfect. We know, the correct translation for the german 'U-Boot' is Submarine, not U-Boat, but okay... it's Google.

Otherwise Google Translate is not bad.
We invest much time, yes. So it is a great hobby and, of course, with much work. It is very important to have an partner who also loves the game and the scenario. We are great historic naval enthusiasts. I served in the federal germany navy. Nine years. My pbem-partner has a big book collection about naval history. Therefore, the interest and passion is not entirely unusual.

We have an other AAR named: 'SIE oder WIR - 1946' (YOU or US) - but we are the Allies, not Japan. Same Partner, Django. I am the british (Commonwealth) Part.
