I would pull out of the Leningrad region entirely, that situation is unsalvageable. Also, you need to pull the Center-South back across the board unless you can cut off that Bryansk hook he is developing.

I would think about a line from Kaluga to Kursk to Kharkov in the South and from Volgda to Torzhok to Kaluga in the North. Seems extreme but not sure why you would defend the indefensible up north.

Zort mentioned you guys were on random weather and you had a rain turn in there, which is a godsend. Really can't stress enough you need to get out of the Leningrad region. He will take the city which will release the Finns to the North, which will pour down to the no move line and cut off your position there.
