Yes, unfortunately with TLD as it seems to have the same problem after applying the last patch (Campaigns & Operations become corrupted).

That sucks.
I was 3 days into my GC.
Then Poof...........It was gone.
Doesn't delete the file from the User Scenarios Tab,Just the Save Game.

Well despite the above mentioned I'm gonna start another GC today.
If possible the ability to edit support for a Night Battle on Day 1 would be a very very nice addition.
Currently In my GC I have Dec 16th starting as a Night Battle, It's suppose to simulate Early Morning German Strike but massively lacks in effect due to no German Mortar & Artillery.
(The Newbelwefers I have are there through editing)

Is there an issue where the game doesn't stop after accepting the AI's agreement for a truce?
Because it did it again today and has done it before.

Haven't seen the situation where both sides want a truce not stop play.... But must admit that I play the majority of the time on TLD using Meuse mod (I have tried the mod on WAR and it works).

The AI won't agree to a cease fire if it doesn't control any victory locations, which appears to be the situation above.

Looks like the After Battle Crash is very predominant,It's happened twice today.
I had the AI agree to a Truce several times today after all VL's were taken.
So that can't be the case.
12 hours of none stop fighting today.Started on Day 1 Turn 1 now at Day 5 Turn 1.
I suggest more adjustments to the Campaign text in order to help the AI.
One might be to have just the AI Recycle Disbanded BGs return.

I still don't see the AI using any of their Air Support during Battle.
And I have to question whats going on with AI Allied BG's during a GC?(And probably even the Axis BG's)
There's 27 Allied BG's for a GC and yet the most I've ever seen on the strategic Map at one time is whats assigned on the first day.Using the Save Game Editor and changing sides.
I suggest more adjustments to the Campaign text in order to help the AI.

And if possibly the ability to change the BG Commanders attributes per day.
Example:
Peiper shouldn't be aggressive the entire campaign,His tactics should be dictated day by day.

geat idea put forward over 3 years ago... vetoed.
i think it could easily be done by having a modifier in fpools.txt for each day of the campaign for each Battlegroup.
Unfortunately we are stuck with AI tactics not changing as the shape of the battle is expected to change.

i just tried this..
Axis have 10 mortar and 9 artillery at start of campaign (4.50.14 patch)
they allocated 9 Artillery but only 2 mortar. (checked by editing the savegame and changing sides)
Haven't checked whether the Axis AI actually uses the support yet.

I changed 0 to 1 on Day 1 in order to have a Night Battle and receive No support for either side.
This is a limitation of the way night turns are implemented in the game. You do not get a new day's allotment of support until the morning turn. During the night turn you only get what is left over from the previous day (minus air support). So if your campaign starts on a night turn you will not have support for either side.
You could have your mod campaign start on the morning turn, or you can have it start on the last turn of the previous day. Then you would have support available.

Starting the GC on a Morning or 2nd turn just wouldn't be the same.
You would have to fight 1 or 2 Battles before getting the Night turn.
And I really enjoy using the Night Battle to simulate the actual Early Morning attack the Germans did.
I believe I have a way around this.
I guess it's time to cheat again.

I'm just curious if WAR is done with getting any patches.
I know you guys are working on other things but I'm really hoping that somethings can be addressed in the next patch.

Yea it's still there.
Browsing around the forums I seen that another fella had posted it happened on the Last Battle of his turn as is the case with mine.

I've noticed the same problem in TLD....
And of course as soon as you say that I get "Clobbered" on the maps Losheim and Dasburg.
Following the Grog rules on engagement I lost 4 Panthers Ht and two squads on Losheim and then a Panther a HT and 2 squads on Dasburg.
Go figure.
