Going back to turn 1....if you want to evacuate as many units through Ventspilis as possible the fort unit should be disbanded ( it counts against the 3 stack limit ).

Yeah, I disbanded that dude kinda early. But keep those great ideas coming. And thanks for posting.

I moved the 27th Army to the Narva bottleneck. So far the 27th Army is the only thing protecting the north route to Leningrad. I've got
8th Army along the Luga river so the next thing to check is the right hook the Axis might try. The AI might try a right hook? We'll see.
I didn't have room to show the face of the 27th Army leader but you can see his stats.

I plugged a gap temporarily with the 22nd Rifle Corps which I just formed from reinforcements from STAVKA.

The 1st Mechanized div needs some help as it's the only thing protecting the entrance to the Valdai Hills area. I need to rail some
people into this area to take up some of the slack.

Of all the Armaments Industry cities, these are the most important. Unfortunately, most of them are Axis objectives.

Here's what the Smolensk area looks like now. Just a series of screens to slow down the Nazis.
I'm going to have to rail some more people into this area before I'll be able to hold it. In other
words I'm still in pull-back-slow mode so far. Except for in the south. And up around Leningrad.
There it's going better for the Soviets. Somewhat. I'm getting creamed in the middle in other words.

I had enough rail cap to move the armament point out of V-town near Leningrad ( the pink HQ unit ).

I'm trying to construct a layered defense with multiple lines to slow down the progress of the Axis. I think it's working so far. The
advance has seemed to slow down a lot lately. This is the moves for turn 4 by the Soviets:

I'm just doing some end-of-turn checks before I hit the "end turn" button and I found out that some of my Front HQ's are getting SU's
and shouldn't. Although the back-water Front HQ's have a fair leader in some cases I'm not sure I can get much utility out of such an
HQ. It's MP is zero and can't really be there to supply the SU's to it's subordinates so I'm thinking it shouldn't have any SU's at all. And
if it can't have any SU's what good is it to me?
