How does von Kleist get a Staff Ratio of 43.33? Did you remove all of his subordinate units? Did you also do something to assign him only AIR or something wacky like that? My point is that entire von Kleist window is weird.

I did nothing weird.
Here more information about Kleist. Same HQ, same scenario, a few turns later.

Ok, HQ receive replacement. I know.
But sometimes non-HQ units also receive replacements.
Like this 13th Panzer Division.

What didn't I understand?

The settings on the left image, my 370th infantry division show: RPL = 100% (100%).

The settings on the right image, my Romanian 2nd infantry division shows: PRIORITY (100%).

What's the difference?
Why is this different settings?

You must be playing the 1st Panzer Army Campaign.
The 1st Panzer Army HQ is the supreme HQ instead of OKH in scenario.
If there are some replacements, it should first be transferred to 1st Panzer Army HQ, then distribute to the units requested them.
But, for one aircraft group, only 5 planes can be transferred in one round, others are waiting in 1st Panzer Army HQ.
And if there is no unit has requested, it stay in 1st Panzer Army HQ too.

If there are some aircraft in it, it is supposed to be an air unit, and you can set int or use it to bomb enemies.

If there is a HQ in the HQ chain of Romanian 2nd Infantry division has been set to PRIORITY(PRIO), all HQs and non-HQ units under it in the command tree will be PRIORITY(xx%).
So, check its HQ and higher.

The PRIORITY units will receive replacements first, you can check "autoreinforcelog.txt" under logs directory.

If III CORPS is set to PRIORITY(PRIO), then the unit under it like Romanian 2nd Inf. can be set to PRIORITY(100%) .

Still not, after 19 days, does someone has a answer to the issue in post #: 1 what that green triangle with its values​​ stands for!

The attempt to answer in post #: 2 by alex0809 has not confirmed or denied so far.

If attack or defense score is indicated with 2 values like 100/50 it means the first value is used by the side thats on the offensive (trying to take the hex) and the second by the side thats on the defensive (trying to hold the hex).

vic has answered in post #6.

They are defense ability on offensive and defensive.
Remember the numbers, and execute an attack, open details window, and look through the process of attack, you will find these numbers.
As a test, it show you more details if you set no fog.
You will see that the basic ability of attack and defense are both different in offensive and defensive.

Sure, he said attack or defense.
Defense means the hit-points in battle. One is for attack, and the other is for counter attack.
Soft attack means damage on non-tank in active attacking.
Soft defense means counter damage on non-tank in being attacked.
Hard attack means damage on tank in active attacking.
Hard defense means counter damage on tank in being attacked.

It can be verified by closing fog of war.
