Install the Star Trek mod again?
I did that, and I also realized that the theme option in the opening menu was set back to the default after patching. So I re-installed the mod, chose the mod at the theme menu, and all is fine. I'm good to go, thanks.

You don't need to install the DW updates, and the DW Shakturi updates, right?

Yes, If you have Legends installed you just need to update it. Most of the updates for the previous titles are just adding fixes found in Legends.
