DEC-28 UPDATE: Updated DB3000 image pack! 6670 images!

I have tried repeatedly to download this file. Each time after about an hour I am within just a few MB of completing the download when it stops and gives tells me there has been an "Unknown Network Error".

Anybody else having this issue?

I just downloaded the entire set, without any problems. Your download speed sounds like it is fairly slow. Are you timing out?

You should use a downloadmanger, I used JDownloader and that sucked it down like nothing.

Just a quick note that the how to use instruction for the descriptions isn't correct. The way they are zipped the contents should be extracted to the \Descriptions folder rather than \Descriptions\DB3000.

I figured that was the case, but being a Command newb it made me uncertain.

The description files dont appear to be zipped in GDrive.

It is, you're just seeing the contents. Use the first dropdown menu to download (I'm guessing it's called File in English, but unsure since I'm seeing it in Swedish).

JAN-12 UPDATE: New DB3000 & CWDB image packs!

Have you tried deleting all of them before adding the new ones? Please doublecheck the path you extract to, so you do not place the files in the wrong place.

A suggestion/request...

I am having a terrible time trying to download the new DB3000 image .zip file. The download keeps failing no matter what I do.

Would it be possible to break this collection of images up into three or four shorter .zip files? I think that would solve some of the problems people are having with downloading and it would not make the process too complex--it would just be a matter of making sure you unzipped all the files to a new directory folder before replacing the old image directory.

Anyway, it's just a thought. Thanks.

You're talking about the _scenario_ download link, right? From the top menu, select File -> Download.

I just re-checked the _image pack_ links and they work correctly.

I believe you, but I still can't get it to work for some reason.

Is there an actual URL for the .zip file itself? I think I might be able to get it to work with a download manager (or even Firefox) if I had that. Sorry to be a bother; I just can't get it to work directly from Google Docs with anything. Thanks.

I'm really beginning to hate Google Docs.

I tried downloading the archive with Firefox. It tells me the download failed.

I tried downloading the archive with a dedicated file download manager (Free Download Manager). It does not recognize the link as a .zip file.

I tried another dedicated file downloader (Flashget). Zippo.

I tried downloading the archive with a Firefox add-on designed to read Google Docs...INCLUDING .zip archives. The add-on tells me it cannot read that file.

Look, I know I'm not the most brilliant person when it comes to computers, but it's one freakin' .zip file. It should not be this hard to download. There has got to be a better way.
