without altering the shortcut the game has worked with my settings and gone to full screen mode, but as my settings aren't default, it's still is showing up as full screen, so i'll show you know my settings used and shortcut also
User DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent)

so now if you wish, as while it's not needed on mine either, i'll do it all the same and edit the file and manually add it my settings and alter from the default one, even though it worked anyway full screen so you know where and what to put in etc

so now edited and saved, i load the game again
and while it's a waste of my time, as it works and was great full screen, altering it won't make any difference to me or mine, but it may help others with 4k screen sizes and bigger or none default ones etc

so there you go, larger maps, full screen and nothing really to alter, as while i've manually inputted a different size, because of my none default DPI settings, it's still full screen and still working perfectly [:D]

with maps much larger now than 3 screen width and heights, so scrolling to do to see the whole map in one go, again no issue on my test pc, which is 5 years old btw
