pleasurable, everything went off like a shot, but now in the install phasee, it's asking me for a "cd key" as it were...im at a loss, who has it for me??

It will be in the email you rec'd, near the bottom, something like "Your personal serial code for Strategic Command beta is :" and then a 16 digit number. You should have had this both welcoming you to the test and informing you there was a new version available.

No good. FileZilla refuses to work for me....

I had no problem downloading with my browser.

My only complaint is that the download speed was glacially slow.

I notice that there seems to be something that looks like some kind of a registry cleaner on the ftp server.

Do we really need to use that?

I already use Iobit's Uninstall program which does a deep scan that can include the registry.

Anything else that putters around inside the registry makes me very uncomfortable as I can't afford to replace my computer right now.

No, you do not have to use that - it was mainly for an issue we have with an early version of 1.00.10 (since fixed)
