Off topic but I saw 60 minutes yesterday and some military applications coming down the pike relating to AI. May have to be careful how we talk about it someday for fear of retributions[;)]

To cause - or prevent - a base becoming the major supply center for a land region or on an island,
watch/control construction of port and airfield levels. The default port is the one with the largest
sum of port size plus airfield size. If you change that, it is changed! If you don't change that,
it remains as it was.
