Sorry I don't know how to adjust victory conditions. And that is fine with me.

I understand, it is a shortcoming of my mod. If we agree with this victory conditions we can start. I´m the first. I just suggest a house rule: a player cannot give VP for an ally, unless they are original cities liberated by the mentioned player.

Anyway, I started my turn, it will be a big effort, the OOB is huge and it will take a lot of time to reorganize the units

did you know American level II Infantry does not upgrade from level I? Or that Level I starts with 20 experience but level II does not?

It´s likely I made a copy from a paratrooper, but I will fix it, thank you.
v127 alresdy in the making, added the Yak-3 and the Type 91 Rail car. Will ad transport planes for all sides
