I will probably upload them there too, but before that I wanted to have some feedback from the forum, to see if there are errors and the like...
If you have the Steam version of the game, you can download the files from here, unzip and then copy the .scen files to:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\Scenarios\"Scenario Folder name"

Ok, just let me know when you finally upload them on steam. I haven't tried them all yet but they seem like ones I might want to incorporate into the "noob guide".
