You can create stadiums, but its not an in game thing. You would have to use a 3D modeling program like Blender.
I never messed with field fonts, but I think they can be edited. But they are used for all stadiums.

Anybody know how to fix the game to play on Windows 10. I keep getting an error code of 91

The stadiums are very impressive.
