Interesting, will look into it.
Do you have some data for rocket units, especially the heavy brigades with static launchers (also divs). 1944 organization would be interesting as the launchers with four M30 or M31 were supposed to receive an upgrade to double-stacked launchers with 8x M31 each.
I can try to research about it.

Also is there any chance for some attention for my two previous topics Stavka and Boris Shaposhnikov and Corrections for Soviet Air HQ leaders?

Air leaders are changed except LRAC due to missing leader.
Stavka change is unlikely as Zhukov/Timoshenko might be burned in this position, accumulating too many defeats.

In my view the soviet supreme HQ in the game must be the General Staff(Generalny Shtab/Genshtab in russian), because the Stavka GK/VGK was like a consultative council for Stalin.
If Zhukov will get 9 political raiting I see no problem if he will be dismissed from the position of Chief of Genshtab on 2-4 turn. Shaposhnikov took his place on 29 July,1941.

What is wrong with LRAC?
You can't find info about Leonid A. Gorbatsevich or it because he has low rank colonel at start?

Engineer support units in the Mech corps.

Currently they are presented by separate sapper batallions. But actually they has other TOE and name.
The "standart" structure of the Mech corps has one Separate motorized engineer batallion.

TOE(Shtat) for peacetime(Shtat #10/22) has total 410 men, 29x DP LMG, 20 trucks and various special equipment.
TOE(Shtat) for wartime(Shtat #010/22) has total 664 men, 38x DP LMG, 43 trucks and various special equipment. Structure changes: +1 more engineer company, -1 School of junior commanders.

With disbanding Mech corps HQs during 1941 their support units such as Separate motorized engineer batallions was disbanded at the same time or even early.

Askey is different in that he states that they were a very lightly armed construction battalion with a TOE as follows :

667 men, 2 LMGs, 4 motorcycles, 3 light transport 63 trucks and 48 tractors (of which 24 were bulldozers and graders). Most were no where near their TOE on 22/06 and were typically missing trucks and tractors.
Molotov : This we did not deserve.

Foch : This is not peace. This is a 20 year armistice.

Is the manpower correct? seems odd low with just one man per launcher in the initial version and 3 men in the later version.

It is from the book "The reactive artillery of the Red Army 1941-1945", Mikhail Makarov ,2005./"Реактивная артиллерия Красной Армии 1941-1945",Михаил Макаров , 2005.

No wonder they had problems to get sufficient ammunition delivered + had looong reload times. Germans had 4-6 men per launcher as crew + support

Would be interesting to get more info about the souble-stacked M-30 launchers:
Was this a mod done in units after general instructions or did it require new launchers ?
Did they simply double the available rockets per salvo or was there also an organizational change like reducing launchers per Battery or getting more personnel in to handle the doubled reload effort ?

Sorry, I cant say for sure (not so much info about it) but looks like there was just used normal M-30 launchers with just additional 2nd top row(level). Nothing about structure changes for these units.
About date just - “spring of 1943”.

“In April 1943, after successful range testing, a new M-13N launcher ("N-Normalized") was adopted for the purpose of replacing the M-13 launcher. M-13N launcher before the end of the war was the main type of installation for launching 132-mm rockets.”

On 1 January, 1944, the RKKA has:
1) in the Active Army and in the Stavka's reserves at the fronts (in tank armies, tank, mechanized and cavalry corps):
- rocket division HQs- 6;
- rocket brigades M-31 - 31 (18 of them were part of divisions);
- rocket regiments: M-8 - 17 (including 7 regiments of the reduced composition of cavalry corps), M-13 - 83;
- separate rocket battalions: M-8 - 8, M-13 - 27;
2) in the Far East - 2 regiments M-8;
3) in the reserve of the Stavka's reserve in Moscow:
- rocket divisions - 1 (6th guard rocket division consisting of two brigades);
- rocket brigades M-31 - 2;
- rocket regiments: M-13 - 12;
4) at the Central chemical test site of the Red Army - one M-13 regiment.

On June 9, 1944, RKKA adopted 12-salvo M-31 launcher, the Barmin's design, mounted on a car chassis for firing M-31 shells with improved accuracy (M-31-UK).
During June, one M-31 battalion in 12 brigades was rearmed to new launchers.
Launchers M-31-12 were mounted on the chassis of vehicles "Studebaker". Reloading time 10-15 minutes.
The batallions, rearmed to the M-31-12 , received the first numbers and the name "assault" in the brigades.

M-31-12 Guard Rocket Brigade 1944

TOE(Shtat #08/628) 8 September, 1942:
36 Launchers M-31-12
870 men
122 trucks
7 cars
7 special cars/trucks

On 1 January, 1945, RKKA has:
1) in the Active Army and Stavka's reserve on the fronts and in the Artillery Training Camp in Lutsk:
- rocket division HQs- 5
- rocket brigades M-31-12 - 8
- rocket brigades M-31 - 27 (18 of them were part of the divisions)
- rocket regiments: M-8 - 17 (including 7 regiments of the reduced composition of cavalry corps), M-13 - 89
- separate rocket batallions: M-8 - 2, M-13 - 37
2) in the Far East - 2 regiments M-8
3) in the Stavka's reserve in Moscow:
- rocket division HQs - 1
- rocket brigades M-31-12 - 5
- rocket regiments M-13 - 6
- separate batallion M-13 - 1
4) at the Central Chemical test site of the Red Army - one M-13 regiment.

2nd Mech corps.

16th Tank division of this corps have 162 T-34. It is some kind of mistake, 2nd Mech corps has only 50 T-34 and all of them was in the 11th Tank division.

Sources are vague about the unit equipment, some site claim it had T-26s while the other tank div in that mech korps hat BT-7s. I've removed the T-34s.

This TOE matches Askey about 99%. It is also stated that a Mech Corp had an average of only 288 motorcycles in June 1941.

Stroller = Side Car.
Molotov : This we did not deserve.

Foch : This is not peace. This is a 20 year armistice.
