I'll try to explain better (sorry if I'm not clear sometimes).
In your Original Post (OP), you've your master list.
Each time you modify this master list in your OP, you should do a new post ( = a reply) in this thread where you tell what has changed/is added (= a changelog).
This way, for people looking regularly at this thread (like me), they only need to read the last posts in the end of the thread to have a "changelog" of what happened since last time they saw the master list in your OP.

For example, while looking at your master list (I saw you added some tags), I noticed that I couldn't remember one name of scenario : The Triumph Of The Eagle-Jena and Auerstaedt 1806 . And it's a new addition, but I only noticed it amongst the other green ones thanks to memory and I had to check in my file to see if it was already included. I noticed too that you included the Tutorial 41', 42', etc.. So for this particular case (as example), and with the previous updated scenario I talked about in my previous answer :

First step, updating your OP like you already did (so this is done)
Second step, you should post a new message saying :

For tags, they can be incredibly useful, but beware of not putting too much of them and to choose them wisely (experience talking )
