Per your post # 40, please don't bother posting Coastwatcher reports. The info is extremely unreliable and contributes nothing to making a picture of the situation.

I am curious if the Devs or Alfred have spoken on the coast watcher thing. Is it just completely random or is there more to it than that?

This did not turn out as planned. Pretty much the whole active RN hits Pegu for little gain and max vulnerability.
Now he can cross the Sittang into Rangoon pretty much spic and span. I was really hoping to leave a mark by disrupting
the Guards division to the point he may have waited a few days to regroup.
