The good news is that the Burmese squads aren't meant to carry the whole burden of the Burma front on their shoulders. The name of the game is to involve various Commonwealth forces with divisional forces forming the core of the effort. I suppose that's what I was getting at with my earlier post.

Pretty sure the figure represents a week's worth of supply based on usage over the past week. Per the manual, the base will try to draw three weeks' supply and if it only gets one to two weeks worth of supply the number is displayed in orange. Red is for less than one week's worth of supply on hand. That is the base holding, not the LCUs in it - which may have full supply allotments.
