Raids on Palembang and Medan met with resistance but after cutting through did major damage to the oil. I'll just keep these plugging away, and I would bet after a month there will be negligible oil left for the Japanese in the DEI. These strikes also decimated the daylight fighters flying night CAP here.
Another set of strikes hit Bangkok airfields. Not many altogether, but since the airfield is packed they did significant damage. This highlights my issues with night bombing airfields in game. This was only three groups of B-24s and took out about 35 planes at night on the ground.
B-29s also hit Taihoku, which had no CAP up, and started a good 60k+ fires. That should take out some of the useful oil and resources there.
I tried a DA with the East African Brigade on Sinabang, but failed badly to break through the very small Japanese garrison. I'll fly some extra supply in, look for a better commander, and do some bombing here. It'd be nice to have this base as another pressure point the Japanese have to worry about in the area and to support the troops now lodged and stuck at Sabang, nearby.

The KB seems to be doing something over in the Marianas. Either adding or retrieving troops. Guam is well stacked, but Saipan and the others don['t seem to have nearly as much. I also notice the Northern islands including Pagan are hardly defended. I think I'll aim to move up to the dots here and build them to cut off the Marianas a bit. This'll give excellent search and recon coverage of Central Pacific movements and some looks at the Home Islands as well.
