Zakblood I'm sorry for your loss. I'm a cat owner myself and been in your situation before so I can understand your feeling. Today I have two older gentlemen, brothers at 12 years of age and also were rescue cats. Pets are great additions to your family

Haven`t tried , If she is sleeping we try not to wake her ,

Adult`s sneak around the house whispering , Shush , she will hear you .

The baby is now 7 odd months , desexed and looking pretty awesome

really like their attitude , they do not bark at everyday things , if something is different or unusual they will bark , run to alert you , then take a defensive stance in front of you.
Certainly not intimidated by other dogs , but that could be bad for their health
Very dominating of other breeds , they are very assertive , which could lead to all sorts of problems ,

should grow another 3-4 inches to the shoulder and another 15 odd kilos.
But most of all they love cuddles.
Will spend all day following you for attention .
Loyal , may be not so obedient without constant training , but no doubt if someone touches you , they will get hurt .
Excellent breed
If you worry about your boots getting chewed , maybe its not the breed for you ,
but it is a loyal and courageous breed , 7 months in and it`s a awesome dog

absolute pleasure to watch an animal mature
She may look a bit sassy there , but I guarantee if she thinks there could be a belly rub
on the horizon , she will come round.
