Waooo !!

It works also for me, even with only Intel Graphics card. With default parameter, game won't start, and when applying High Performance, it works just fine !

I'm having the same problem. Used to work fine last time I launched it months ago. Then I uninstalled it, today I downloaded it again and it won't go past the launcher. Pressing play goes back to the launcher, pressing Settings does the same thing, and executing the .exe just does nothing. Tried the tricks described here (run as admin, changed to high performance), still nothing. Uninstalled, deleted the folder, downloaded again, verified files, still same issue.

My system
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
8,00 GB
Intel 620 HD integrated GPU
SSD

One thing came to mind: last time I played, I had enabled the Chechnya Mod https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.a ... age=1&key=
I thought it may have been the reason, so I unsubscribed from the mod, uninstalled the game, deleted the folder again and reinstalled, still nothing. Maybe there are still some mod files lingering somewhere that I need to remove?

Did you try updating the graphics drivers?

It's the latest OEM driver for my Acer laptop, 26.20.100.7261 date 25/09/2019
The last time I launched the game was a few months ago, with those same drivers.
Intel® Driver & Support Assistant says there's a more recent generic driver but recommends using Acer drivers for stability. Should I overwrite the OEM with the generic driver then?

Recently there have been a few reports about low FPS or the game not starting. I believe these can be connected to a recent Windows 10 update. One user reported that the low FPS issue was fixed by installing missing Windows 10 updates. First you could try that. Regarding the game-not-starting issue, last year we got this in Steam discussions:

"I am using an integrated Intel Graphics Card and just got the newest driver update from Dell for the system circa Jan 6th, 2020. Update: Reverted back to April 7, 2019 driver update for the integrated Intel Graphics Card and it works fine now."

Also this:

"I rolled the driver for the UHD 620 back to 25.20.100.6576 from 2019-02-07 and the game actually launched!"

So perhaps try rolling back the graphics drivers if there's no new driver update available?

Windows was already updated, however I got it running by installing the latest generic intel driver.
