I am connected throught the wifi of my movil.i am on holydays travel and play with the laptop

I've installed the game with your serial number and logged in multiplayer with your account details and I was able to successfully login and saw the lobby with your multiplayer games.
I haven't installed any beta.
So definitely the issue is in your side. It might be related with the connection.

The betas have not affected the multiplayer part.

It could be the hotel you are at is specifically blocking gaming sites.

I too believe that's the issue. Not blocking specific gaming sites but some type of connections.

You could create a WIFI hotspot with your phone.
Connect your laptop to the phone
Do your turn, send your turn.

The save files are only 5mb. 1 gig of data is 1000mb.

It what i am doing.i am using the wifi of my lg g5 to connecting to internet.

If you are using the phone, try the hotel wifi if they have it. Something is blocking the connection post login.

you are right, it was the internet connection.arrived at home and it works ok with my home wifi
