One only has to take a glimpse at a recent new users' recent post in "general" discussion, about how to install a scenario / grafx, which was met with not an easy explanation, but with almost outright derision.

For me, I will continue to promote the game, but at this point, with all the rigamarole that seems to be required just to make it work, I too am almost ready to throw in the towel.
