I have come to notice that these Cavalry units move like they are on PEDs when moving into enemy hexes.

Sorry have to correct you @HLYA on this but its not the 11 PZ but in fact the 7th

The 7th Panzer Division was an armored formation of the German Army in World War II. It participated in the Battle of France, the invasion of the Soviet Union, the occupation of Vichy France, and on the Eastern Front until the end of the war. The 7th Panzer Division is also known by its nickname, Ghost Division

Without wanting to hijack the AAR. HLYA is still kind of correct. The 11th Pz.D also incorporated the Ghost insignia and name after the France campaign.

The frontline is stable, with many blizzard counteroffensives smashing Soviet divisions.

The enemy temporarily recaptured Kalinin, and was forced out in streetfighting.

Rostov has actually been captured in harsh fighting at Stalino.

Supply is steady due to Staff Officer Jango advising me on depots.

We've endured absolute hell defending this massive line against renewed Soviet attacks.

Now the weather is favorable, it is time for our hammer blow.

Operation Spring Awakening

Enemy forces preparing to attack at Stalino are utterly smashed, the remainder are isolated.

Operation Spring Awakening Phase II

We unleash our motorized divisions and tanks on Voronezh, smashing an army and capturing the city which was held by an Airborne Brigade. Our foe didn't expect us making such an audacious move.

Army Group South liquidates a pocket and further weakens the Red Army. 200,000 Soviet losses this turn.

There seems to have been a jump in the match last time a screen shot was posted The Axis were about to launch a assault on Moscow in 1941. I see from these screen shots its march 42 and it looks like Leningrad has fell because i see Finnish troops.
Any chance of screen shot of the north please.

AGN has concluded operations in the Leningrad sector and is entrenched in interlinking fortresses.
I've skipped a few turns, the blizzard was uneventful due to being dug in at Moscow and not being afraid to counterattack during the snow.

The Voronezh and Rostov pocket are destroyed, destroying another 12 divisions in total. We have also captured a major goal, Voronezh.

We are now 19 VPs from the Soviet Union collapsing.

Operation Fall Blau commences. Powerful elements of the 6th & 11th Army engage the Soviets, breaking them and encircling the forces locking us at Rostov. The pocket held for a turn, we manage to capture the port of Azov, the last hope of resupply for the Soviets.

Assuming the next turn results in the fall of Voronezh, Germany will soon be victorious.

The offensive is more effective than expected, breaking through strong Soviet defenses with the help of huge amounts of artillery and pioneers. Any threat towards Leningrad or Kalinin are now neutralized.

Since the beginning of the spring offensive, 3,000 Soviet AFVs have been destroyed in battles around Voronezh, Rostov and Krasnodar. 923,000 Bolsheviks and 17,000 Bolshevik guns were lost to relentless attacks by our rested Panzers and Motorized.

A further 80,000 Bolsheviks are isolated at Kalinin and Maikop. At Maikop, two Rifle Corps and one rifle division are trapped. Liquidation of these pockets will bring us up to a tidy 1 million Bolshevik dead in the space of four months. Not an easy feat.

Meanwhile, our OOB has increased from 2.9M to 3.75M. Additionally, all Romanian mountaineers have been dispatched to the rough terrain around Krasnodar and Maikop. With a further drive on Grozny or Stalingrad possible, we are content to get our supply up and running in the Krasnodar District. The port city of Novorossiysk will provide ample supply, while Krasnodar and Maikop both contain Level 5 Railyards.

With the arrival of four Romanian mountaineers, a relatively strong interlinking defense can be set up, reducing the amount of men needed to man the entire Caucasian Front.

Army Group B, this turn, has received the following reinforcements:

38th Infantry Division
39th Infantry Division
196th Infantry Division
199th Infantry Division
206th Infantry Division
290th Infantry Division

371st Infantry Division
376th Infantry Division
387th Infantry Division
1st Hungarian Mountain Brigade
1st Hungarian Armoured Division
369th Croatian Infantry Division
Dirlewanger SS Separate Infantry Regiment
Hermann Goering Brigade
1st Romanian Mountain Division
2nd Romanian Mountain Division
3rd Romanian Mountain Division
4th Romanian Mountain Division
1st German Mountain Division
2nd German Mountain Division
1st Werfer Batallion (Consisting each of 18 x 150mm Nebelwerfers)

1st Lehr Heavy Werfer Batallion (Consisting of 18 320mm Nebelwerfers)
833rd Siege Mortar Battery (Consisting of 6 x 600mm Karl Siege Mortars)
1st Lehr Gun Batallion (Consisting each of 9 x 210mm M18 Howitzers)

Fall Blau: Army Group A

Men of Army Group A have been extremely fortunate. In their sector, total silence aside from the odd Soviet Cavalry probe.

While men of Army Group North face grim odds in the bitter cold, and Army Group Center hold against grinding attacks outside Moscow...
Army Group A rests.

The Fuhrer in his wisdom has ordered this sleeping giant to awaken and take by storm this entire region. The military ideas behind it are sound: Denial of enemy manpower producing areas and pushing the front away from our vital railyards at Rostov & Stalino.

There is one issue. The Fuhrer is persisting.

"Stalingrad must be captured before the onset of Winter."
