Thanks Duedman, this is very strange but I will get these things fixed.

Oh and while we are at it.... I (Allies) grabbed Ireland after US was in. Don't know why that never occured to me before. Lots of MPP and nearly no defense.
Got me a whole lot of funny complaints like from long dead France

A few more things:
Russian Special forces also do get lvl3 guns
Turkey still has the Western style units (infantry gets lvl3 guns too. Did not check whether that makes them more powerful than usual Russian Inf.)
Capturing Oslo does not seem to drop Axis morale (is there a table of the NM Values of Cities like there is in ACW?)

There is a script for Oslo but it might be that it needs to be duplicated in order to apply to every situation in which Norway can fall to the Axis.
As to Turkey, as a Minor of the USSR they can upgrade to level 3 and this will make them pretty good. There's no real solution to this, but at least they do not have too many units and upgrading is expensive.

Next!
Submarines do not loose supply when blocking Canadian infrastructure (not sure about Convoy raiding)
This one at 14:55 is raiding for the third time
https://youtu.be/7BxIMaIs0-E
Next turn at 2:43 it still got 10 supply.
https://youtu.be/IcZPzL_6ZqY
Subs not losing supply even when retaliating is already pretty annoying. But maybe good for overall game balance. But raiding should burn their supplies

Only convoy raiding will lose supply, and sometimes if you have lots of vessels on the convoy route, only some will raid. The rest will not use up supply because everything is being sunk by their colleagues.
Hopefully that explains it?

Oh ok.
I never noticed that disrupting stuff did not cost supply. But why? What are they doing there if not shooting stuff?

It could be argued that they should, but it would require a significant engine change, instead think of it as their presence scaring local merchant shipping and causing disruption that way.

Shock Armies on the other hand lost their damage buff for mobility (and do not get lvl3 guns)
@BillRunacre - Yes, I noticed this too - previously adding level 1 mobility to Shock Armies gave +1 Attack and Defence bonuses for many target types, but no AP increase, but now gives +1 AP (like for most/all other units) - was removing the +1 Attack and Defence bonuses intentional or was that just bugged previously (seeing as I don't think any other units get attack/defence bonuses for Mobility)?

I didn't actually know it gave (or have forgotten if I did) any attack/defense bonuses, and if it did, it should not have done.

Thanks, I always thought that was a bit odd!

"1939 Campaign
- If the USSR has been offered, and rejected, a Revised Borders Treaty then it will now swing only 3-5% towards the Allies rather than 7-10% if Germany annexes Lithuania via DE 633 or DE 634 (AshFall).
- If the USSR has been offered, and rejected, a Revised Borders Treaty then it will now swing 7-10% towards the Axis if it annexes Lithuania, should Germany have failed to do so. To make this work, dummy Decisions 457 & 458 have been added, and Lithuania now starts pro-Allied rather than purely neutral, though still at 0% Mobilization. (AshFall)."
Can the USSR annex the Baltic States without also annexing Lithuania now (i.e. just annex Estonia and Latvia), if they reject the Treaty (and if Germany doesn't annex Lithuania itself), to avoid the 7-10% diplo hit?

From experience (and by design): no.
It's part of the risk calculus you've got to do when choosing whether or not to accept.
