There is some sense in this. The Romanian FBD has 4 RAD units that can automatically repair 4 railway hexes per turn. But the Romanian FBD cannot always repair 4 hexes per turn. But nevertheless, I need the Romanian FBD for laying the railway to the Crimea, so I won’t do that. But it makes sense to free German FBDs from RAD units. With their help, I dramatically increase the speed of repairing single-track railways, which I do not want to repair using FBD.M60A3TTS wrote: Mon Nov 07, 2022 2:16 amDefinite +1 for ingenuity. Never thought of this one. That said, I don't really believe that it was the intended purpose to allow an FBD to be emptied of units where the RADs are doing their thing while the shell unit still serves as a super depot. But hey, go for it. Just file this under the "I wouldn't do it, but that's just me" category.HardLuckYetAgain wrote: Sat Nov 05, 2022 5:39 pm
Ok, this is what I do with the Rumanian FBD. I pull the SU's out of the Rum FBD on turn 8 or 9.
I then set the RUM FBD on D-Town for a super depot until it disbands. Hope this helps.
