If the Temp folder already exists there is no problem, CMO will create a new one inside of it with the webview files.

The edited command.ini file is in the post above, jus tried it.

Because in the old laptop CMO is installed in a folder like this:
C:\Matrix Games
While in the new one, must be in:
C:\program files (x86)\Matrix Games\

I was able to use the fixit link to get the v1776 to run successfully on my PC (thanks for the assistance).

And I checked my laptop and its running v1776 fine without the fix and the program is in this location - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix Games\Command Modern Operations". As long as it works, I'm not asking any questions...
