In another post mentioned that I saw a video that mentioned this is still 32 bit code.
Went to chat gpt and asked if this would be an issue with modern 64 bit os and hardware.
Response was for the most part shouldn’t be a problem. When I asked about modern high end graphics cards it said that is more nuisances and issues may arise.
I have a 64 bit OS and hardware. I have no problem running the game and I play tested the system quite a bit.

The interface is a big disappointment. Matrix should offer a refund.

You had a chance to see it before buying the game.

It is certainly substandard and like the UI of WitPAE of 2004, but from the announcement I was aware of this.
I guess the issues would be addressed in future patches.
The graphic issues are annoying, but what bothers me more is the lack of a dedicated tutorial.
For example, I don't understand the RSV concept. The manual has some explanations, but I still have to figure this out in the game itself.
The setting itself is quite interesting, though at the moment I am missing "the civil war within the civil war."
But I am still busy to conquer the tutorial and maybe the fighting between communists and anarchists is to be found in the Grand Campaign.

The RSV concept was explained in my AAR. Along with a few more items which I will do more as my game progresses. But I am also answering a lot of other questions on the board.

There is no fighting between the communists and anarchists in the game. That is unfortunate because I think that the Nationalists might have kept both sides supplied with ammunition!

RSVs are created after upgrading (your devices).
Or they are created by capturing enemy devices in battle.
If you are playing a strictly historical version (and do not want to create fictional units), I recommend dissolving these RSVs into pools.
The engine will immediately use your own devices to supplement existing units.
Enemy devices (F) will remain in pools and you can manually replace your own lacking devices with them.
I will describe it very simply...
