As a retired software engineer, see if you can get the step by step details reproduce it.

Then, send them recipe and one or more saves. If they can reproduce, they will have a much better chance of finding it.

Note, things like Windows version or Linux, windowed or full screen ... (and custom graphics software you might be running like overlays for steam, nvidia, reshade, ...).
