I didn't see anything on the US side about engines....is it a non issue for the US? I know it is in the resource display but no engines listed anywhere.....

Engines are part of production and the US has very limited production - everything is handed to them.. The Japanese have to bust their butt to produce stuff... Part of the problem being japan is you get nothing for free.
