FOr those concerned about CA/CL development the "time budget" for this is not coming out of CA/CL development time.

Since this is the case, and although I rarely play any form of H2H (from an absolute lack of time), I will vote "yes"
IF including this new feature doesn't affect the stability of the game.

I'd ask about this...how can an active player be secured from opponents who cheats only to destroy his score in a MEgacd ?
A secure PBEM is maybe a critical issue...
Anyway I confirm my <font size="3">YES </font> with no conditions !
A Human Opponent is always better than any AI..
