Maybe it would be fun that apart from the winners-tournament we also have a losers tournament, where the losers of the first round continue.
Otherwise you won't have a game anymore MrQuiet [8D]

Looks like you will be advanceing to the next round.
The next round will be played with the next patch which I believe is going to be 2.0 and may be released this weekend.

Evasion Cap is the only house/tournament rule, everything else is stock game.
So the answer to your question is NO, there is no rule against Russia attacking Japan.

Would like to make a request for the final round participants to give us a brief summary, an AAR would be great, of their game.
It would be educational to see how strategies are evolving with new patches and especially what variations were prominent due to the limited evasion rule.

Yes, Game 2 was won by the Allies (toddtreadway and radmeister) in Fall of '43.
The Axis (Sgt. Rice) surrendered at that point.
