Just a quick note on Gilbert's game. I played Axis and i hold until... July, 1946. A very looong and funny game!

with many battlefields from Scandinavia to North Africa. Victories and defeats on both sides for a game that remained undecided until the Allies acquired great air superiority.

All,
I am still here. Nearly done with recovering my gaming computer. When I tried to recover my data from my backup I discovered a problem with my Bitlocker keys. I had to make sure this issue didn't extend to my work computer's backups. It did, so I have been carefully recovering/protecting those 6 backups of almost 4TB of data. I am nearly done and should be back among the living shortly.

For those whose games I have not been playing thanks for your patience.

PS and I had to fix the garage, rake leaves, etc.

Thanks to El Condoro for a great game. Kept playing even after things were hopeless, great fighting spirit.

Up for new game if anyone want to try their luck. I tried to PM Hartmann301, but he does not seem to be accepting any Personal Messages, at least not from me.

Anyone else? Quit fooling around with the AI and try PBEM! What fun is it to beat a computer? It is not impressed by your innovative strategy. It is not flabbergasted by your surprise amphibious landing. It is unmoved by your artistic pincer movement. What have you really accomplished if you are the only one who knows about it? And if you lose, you will be a better player for it, and a better person. A little humility never hurt anyone.

Do not allow yourself to be counted among those timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.

I have finally recovered my data and rebuilt my gaming computer. This was after other distractions.

I will update the ELO standings this weekend.

As for the tournament I have to see what has happened and make a determination on how to incorporate into the ELO standings. I only got one comment on how I should do the incorporation.

Rannug(allied) won against Ktonos(axis) if we count games from the SC3 League Division tourney, not sure if we do???
