CW can provide defensive air support to the Cyprus notional but since it has 0 in strength it makes no difference. The attack is automatic either way.
France has 3 aircraft on standby to support the Paris militia. Will any air provide defensive support? Germany has 6 fighters of various quality that can intercept any French air.
