Greetings from Paris ironically as you rolled the dice on the Metz attack I passed a sign coming from the airport that said Metz!
I did manage to get up to Axis searches while on the train to Caen but will post when I get the hotel wifi.

Air to air sucks.
Intercept 1 results R1 aborted the front Axis bomber and no result for Axis. The other rounds are as shown and had to rely on luck to get through despite starting with the advantage. The labtop nearly ended up in the wall.
Intercept 2 results aborted the Axis fighter and the Axis got no result and I didn't chance my luck for further action. No picture for this.
Axis has AA to use?

No AA
and yes, air to air sucks, far too volatile for my taste.

Visted the Somme today on a WW1 guided tour. If you ever get the chance to do something like this you wouldn't regret it. There is an Australian memorial with 9000+ names of those soldiers killed or missing in action that couldn't be identified. The British have a memorial with 72000+ names of soldiers that were killed just at the Somme that were MIA and/or couldn't be identified. Drove past some historical vehicles that were coming back from memorial services as an added bonus.

Cheers from Dublin, trying to get down this black stuff they drink here but it tastes like horse piss. Will be back home on the 24 July.

Looks like you have had a wonderful journey. Despite the disappointing beverage in Dublin.
Thank you for the pictures.
