Looks like being ornery is good training! :)
Problem with Magwe is the 300 oil wells only have a 100 refinery to make fuel - unless Japan expanded it as a gift to you ... 8-)
I looked in China and all their refineries seem to be matched with an equal amount of oil production in the same location - no excess capacity there!
Maybe you could sell the excess oil in Europe ... ;)

Absolutely no reason for Japan to increase refinery at Magwe....

Kunming HI hasn't produced since the northern bases got taken. In this mod, the HI won't operate if enemy troops are present. LI keeps producing...but we are down to 80K resources in China. At one point we were down to 0 (turn 326), but Burma bases are now providing a nice bit (an no HI production helped too) but Chungking will run out (they are at 26K dropping about 2k a day).

I am not sure we can supply Kunming with enough resources to fuel constant HI production without more local resources...once Magwe is taken, we will see how the raw materials flow. Should be interesting.

I might end up sending the excess oil to Australia eventually if it ever flows to a safe port.

Ground situation in Burma...so we have routed two strong divisions recently (the one at Magwe and the 6th Guards) and a lot of Japanese troops are worn down while Allied troops are in relatively good shape. We have 2500 AV moving south to Toungoo and 1000 moving towards Prome which is a tank heavy. 9th Australian is moving on Akyab and attack will start there soon while Japan is still performing a naval evacuation.

The commanders got new threat level orders and instead of raiding for one attack....they look for another task force and find it! However, poor Meredith collides with Nepal at the start of the fight and is damaged enough that she is pummeled and sunk.

Devonshire pumps 8" shells into the Suzuya, eventually triggering a magazine explosion. I think Devonshire took one superstructure hit from a smaller gun and the rest bounced off her belt armor. :D

Daylight comes, and the thunderstorms prevent the Devonshire from standing off....The Devonshire tried to escape by heading south for some odd reason and ran into the IJN SAG SW of Akyab...bad choice.
