Allies don't add air to the Solomons and Axis don't have planes in range.

I realized we didn't specify ships sailing to the Solomons. Here they are. They tried to hunt down a single Japanese fighter.

Reduce damage on the SUBs, and place any remaining aborts on the German SUB. Axis stay, and fight.
