I did email Para. Can you post a screen shot of a squadron you are adding pilots to?....GP

Here is a screen shot of my tracker pilots.

The delay group says it is short some 34k pilots. Not sure what that's all about. Post this in the main forum to see what the community says....GP

Is it just Soviet Squadrons? I notice that your Soviet pool is very small right now, which would indicate that you may simply be out of pilots until the next month.

Also, post a pic of a squadron that needs pilots....GP

No, no nationality will allow pilots to be added, also my Japanese opponent has the same problem.

It has nothing to do with the small size of the Soviet pool. Here is a US Army air unit.

since I have 3800+ pilots available, it is not the size of the pool that is the problem. Just too many pilots

True, but the pilots your trying to draw are replacements pilots, not reserves. The replacements come from the training pool not the reg pilot pool. wait and see what happens at the beginning of next month....GP

Forget it, apparently you can not see the problem.

Note that the groups you are trying to fill are training groups. They pull from the pilot school. If you could go to reserve pool you would be fine....GP

11k, my bad. If you have been aggressive in using your training groups, then you are short of training school pilots. Try filling a front line squadron and see what happens....GP
