This is the area just north of Minsk and shows the clearance of the area between Daugavpils and Minsk. I've tried to position my minor units in places where I could change the ownership of the empty hexes. I'm also trying to repair all the rail I can to facilitate supply flow.

This is still T5 and shows the area just south of Minsk and shows me getting to the eastern edge of the marshes and into the better terrain.

This is the area down south and shows the configuration of the units down there. The Romanians have broken through the Soviet front lines.

This is T7 just before the first combat phase and represents a typical conglomeration of units attacking a typical Soviet roadblock. I'm attempting to reduce two Soviet infantry units in two separate cities one on a river crossing I need.

This is what it looks like in the Kiev area right now. I've managed to build/repair the railroad close to this AO and I predict that I'll have rail all the way to Kiev in another 10 turns or so. As you can see I've pushed between the Soviet lines toward the south so that it looks open all the way to the river with various remnants to be destroyed along the way. I hope to make it all the way along the Dneper river to cut off any Soviet units attempting to escape. Also I want to take over all the airfields I can.

Some of the Finns woke up this turn and I've assigned them to some attacks to see if I can't gain the use of a bridge and the use of a rail passing NW to SE which would come in handy for me to use to pass supply etc. Plus there's an airfield nearby and a port to the south. Short story: I need this grouping of rails and roads and ports.

I see a Soviet supply bubble just SE of the city of Sortavala which I mistook for a port. I'm not sure how much supply that bubble is worth but I need to convert it or delete it or something so it gives no benefit to the Soviets.

I'm approaching the Dnepr river to the east of Minsk. So next turn I should be storming the crossings and using my engineers to bridge the river to assault the Soviet units. I'm considering halting for a little bit in this place to allow the supply lines to catch up and see where the Soviets are weakest to attack that place first.

This is what it looks like down south right now. I've circled all the visible Soviet units in yellow. There aren't so many. It's all flat terrain and I've got a lot of fast movers that can cover that flat terrain quickly. The slow movers will just have to catch up. I'm aiming for the major river to my east.

It's now T9 and this is what it looks like in the north at this time. I've repaired the rail up here so the supply would be more than adequate. The Soviets have built a fairly good roadblock but I think I can push it over given a couple of turns.

It's still T9 and this is what it looks like from Pskov to Velikiye Luki right now. I'm not sure but I think I'm still on schedule. I'm going to have to take a look around and make sure my supply levels are okie dokie. About 1/2 of the aircraft are on "REST" status to redistribute some replacement aircraft and rearm / refuel and rest the tired ones.

It's now T10 and I've just finished assigning aircraft to appropriate missions contingent on their supply level. I'm resting everybody 50% of less. Most of the fighter missions are strikes on Soviet arty and the bombers are going after the remnant enemy aircraft.

The terrain beneath the aircraft panel is from far in the north, down to circa Velikiye Luki.

This is the zoomed up view of the entire battlefield. I'm closing in on Kiev and I'm across the Dnper river in lots of places near Smolensk and I've struck the Pskov defenders softening them up for further strikes this turn. I've discovered a Soviet unit up north on my left flank that I'll have to deal with but other than that we're doing okie dokie.

This is still T10 in the Vitebsk area. There is a battle going on for Smolensk and this is what it looks like right now. In the lower part of this image you can see how I've captured Orsha and I'm making my way eastward from there.

This is what it looks like in the Kiev area right now. I've repaired the rail to near this AO. I plan on getting some of my RR Arty into a position to help reduce the Kiev defenders because he's building a fortress there and I don't need a boat-load of losses. So I'm going to pound his stacks for a couple of turns before I assault him.
