That ain't Kozlov, who sure as hell wasn't a three-time awardee of Hero of the Soviet Union, nor a member of the VVS as indicated by the shoulder epaulets. Looks like that's a pic of Alexsandr Pokryshkin.

You're right it is Alexsandr Pokryshkin, thanks for bringing it to my attention.
