The CW 3-range FTR2 in Tunisia does not reach the 1-box. Only to the 0-box.

So very close, yet it was a miss. Axis 5, and Allies 8, in the West Med. One lower result on the Axis search roll and it would have been an X on a TRS loaded with one MECH. And now it was zilch instead. So it was indeed close, yet there was no dance. Although, somehow, I got the feeling that there is a song playing.
Next up is the German High Sea Fleet and its hunt on CW shipping.
