Opponent has said he is basically done with his current work delay and should be back doing his turn soon. 8-)

Yeah me too haha. I guess when life hits, you gotta take a break. Of course, it would be easy tho to assume that my great winter counter offensive has demoralize the foe.

Im excited to get back to my turn but each things on their own time. I think we'v been pretty good tho with several turns per week so far. But once thing for sure is it will have to wait another week because I am leaving home for 6 months and Im driving to a new location. There will be enough internet there to post my AAR and do my turns so no worries on that but It's a 6 day drive so.. Yeah.

Anyway I havent received the turn yet and Im leaving in 2 days so Ill keep you all updated. Hopefully my next post is the AAR.

The game is best described as the fight of two greedy amoebas. Just flow around every food particle you can find, flank security or other considerations be damned :D

haham I concur. It does look like it.

_________

UPDATE :

Alright everyone, nothing has been cancelled so keep those thoughts out of your mind. My opponent still seems to not find time for his turn for whatever reasons but we are always in communication, as we'v known each other for quite some years now so no worries on that part.

As for me I was out for travels but I made it to my new place of work ( and living ) and Im all set up and ready to go. So all we're waiting for once again is, my opponent's turn. Ill keep you all updated and sorry if you were expecting this message to be the AAR :?

Glad to still be amongst my communist peer. I assure you the Gulag is not the right place for me. And I say that confidently with this good news : A turn was promised for this week. No turn was ever promised before, therefore it seems like an AAR might be of order for this weekend.

Hey everyone, the images are taking quite some time to load out here in the middle of nowhere. So it's taking longer than expected to make the AAR. Expect the AAR to be ready within the week, but so far Iv done Volkhov Front. Next comment will be the AAR.

Thanks for your patience.

Some of you may not have noticed, but there is inconsistencies with picture 19 ( Western front), and there may be others I forgotten, between last positions shown in pictures of previous turn and the starting positions of this turn.

Im aware this may look like Im cheating here :? but Im not. What happened is I suffered quite a few Crash to Desktop and that happened on a couple of turns. The reasons being I think is because I had the game open day in day out and so when sometimes when I got back on the turn it would crash. And I hadnt saved anything so I just redid the turns as fast as I could on the second attempt. I tried to follow the AAR that was already written as much as possible but sometimes it just didnt happen. As is the case with Western Front here.

I solved this issue by saving every time Im done with the turn and so hopefully that will fix the crashing. There you go.

You may also notice I post turns a little bit slowlier now. I may just post each time Im done with a Front, especially since I may do a Front or two per day now. Thanks.

(I will edit next AAR turns into this post once they're ready).
